Growing up writing in my journal was the best way for me to express myself if I was too afraid to express myself to others. Today, as a 30 year old woman I’ve learned that in order to gain control of your life sometimes you may have to write it out, do something creative or reach a book. There are many different approaches one can take to help with self care.

I am offering the Vibrancy Library to all subscribers who enjoy writing, reading and or creative activities. The writing exercises and creative activities are developed to help you express yourself and or figure things out about yourself. We all go through stages of setbacks within ourselves and writing tends to help soothe ourselves. If you enjoy writing, reading or the creative type then subscribe below.
